This premium, organic agave syrup is made from the light, sweet nectar of the blue agave plant. As well as registering low on the glycemic index, it's also a good, natural source of vitamins B and C. An excellent sweetener, use our agave syrup in cooking and baking as a substitute for honey, maple syrup or sugar. It dissolves quickly in cold drinks and makes especially good iced tea or coffee.
